SHIPPING POLICY
UK orders: I aim to post your order by next working day unless the item is made to order which can take up to two weeks to create. UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 Or Royal Mail Special Delivery for orders over £150. Delivery normally takes between 1-5 working days to arrive however in busier times or adverse weather conditions this can sometimes be longer.
Shipping Prices:
UK Shipping for orders under £50 is £3.95
UK shipping for orders over £50 is free.
Europe (EU countries):
Unfortunately, since the recent GPSR rule changes, I can no longer ship to Northern Ireland or to The EU.
USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand And Japan:
Orders to these countries will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed and should take between 5-12 days to arrive depending on the destination.

Customs and Import Taxes
Please be aware that Customs and Import Taxes may apply to shipments outside of the UK. These charges are separate from the shipping charge and vary according to destination. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and it is recommended that international buyers research the customs and import charges for their country prior to ordering.
RETURN POLICY
I aim to create something that you will love. However, UK and EU customers that wish to return an item are welcome to do so within 28 days of receipt. Bespoke or personalised pieces are not eligible for return. Return items must be returned in the same condition that they arrived.
To begin a return, please get in touch and I will give you instructions on how and where to send the item.
When a return is received you will be refunded to your original payment method including the original shipping charge. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was faulty or damaged.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept international returns from USA, Canada, Australia or Japan.
